Our Mission
IBSOM formed to support schools in Michigan throughout the IB application process, by sharing expertise with member schools and by creating an environment conducive to the continued growth of our students.

- Improve University recognition of the IB curriculum within member schools
- Spur legislative action in support of the IB and our work with students
- Serve as a liaison between IB schools and the MI Department of Education
- Offer symposia and informative sessions on a variety of topics concerning the PYP, MYP and DP.
IBSOM announces a full scholarship for a current Diploma Program student to attend either the North Carolina or Vancouver IB World Student Conference in Summer, 2013.
