How can ATL skills and SEL work together to provide a more inclusive teaching and learning experience for IB students?

(Lynne Gibson & Joanne Juco, International Academy)

How can we support the whole student while managing the often over-filled IB curriculum? This session aims to provide quick, low preparation ways for teachers to provide opportunities and practice skills of mindfulness, positive psychology and SEL in any IB classroom so that every student feels valued. Open to PYP, MYP, DP and CP.

    OPTION 2

The New IB Standards & Practices and Programme Development

This session is designed to assist teams in developing IB programmes for evaluation and beyond. We will dive into the new evaluation process, the IB standards and practices, and the purpose/process of programme development.
